As an overseas-born Sydney-based artist, I am deeply inspired by the breathtaking nature and landscapes of Australia. Working with watercolor has allowed me to connect with the vibrant beauty and unique character of this land. I am in awe of the elusive and powerful nature of watercolor, as it captures the essence of the Australian environment with its fluidity and unpredictability. Each painting becomes a risky and rewarding adventure, where I navigate the delicate balance between control and spontaneity.
